Well-organised rooms and good natured staff members at all times. Plenty of facilities like: an air conditioning and an iron. Ideal and lovely location next to the pub, easy to get around...

Met extraordinarily friendly staff at all times. I appreciated a couch and an iron in the good sized room. The bed was very comfy. This nicely presented and great hotel had central setting near to the activities I wanted to do. Plus, it was adjacent to at least another area and communal areas.

Right location & easy to find. Excellent & immaculate hotel as far as room design, comfort, staff, & breakfast are concerned. Large beautifully appointed bedroom. Very quiet with plenty of car parking space. Nearby villages good choice of eating options. Knowlagable and charming local staff. Good comfortable communal seating area around bar and near entrance. Excellent value for money. Not one negative comment about the experience. Loved our stay and will go back again if the opportunity arises.

Lived up to the standard of service , cleanliness and facilities we now expect from a quality hotel. A continental breakfast included in the price was even more enjoyable with a new addition of a hot breakfast of sausage and scrambled egg. A wide selection of food and drink was available every morning and was replenished by an ever watchful attendant.
We stayed for 2 nights and regretably we returned to our room late in the afternoon after the first day to find it had not been cleaned . A cleaner was still attending to an adjacent room and suggested it was another cleaners responsibily , she did however provide us with replacement refreshments and clean towels . A minor criticism that did not affect our stay .

comfortable stay but could improve amenities
The staff were genuinely friendly making us feel welcomed during our two-night visit On the top floor our room was spacious and clean providing a relaxing atmosphere.
Despite the comfort of our stay the amenities felt limited and could use some enhancement.

This is an efficient and well-run hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are modern and clean, the food is perfectly acceptable but, in addition, there is a vintage pub next door which provides meals at a cheaper rate than the Holiday Inn. In fact the slightly limited evening menu at the Inn was already out of some items on Friday evening For me, the best combination is to stay at the Inn for bed and breakfast but then to have an evening meal at The Dragonfly. And, yes, I like the free wi-fi in the lobby, though you have to close all other windows on your browser to access the free server. I needed help from the staff to achieve this.
